InsiderRN may deny or limit a request where permitted by law, including where an applicable exception applies, the request cannot reasonably be verified, or fulfilling the request would conflict with applicable legal obligations. 16. SALE, SHARING, TARGETED ADVERTISING, AND PROFILING
InsiderRN does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

Where required by applicable law, InsiderRN recognizes and processes legally valid universal opt-out mechanisms or privacy preference signals, including Global Privacy Control ("GPC"), when received through a supported browser or device.

19. APPEALING A PRIVACY REQUEST DECISION
Residents of states providing a statutory right to appeal may appeal InsiderRN's refusal or partial refusal of a privacy rights request.

20. ADDITIONAL CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
If the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended ("CCPA"), applies to InsiderRN's processing of your personal information, California residents may have additional rights, including the rights to know/access, delete, correct, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information, and exercise CCPA rights without unlawful discrimination.

22. PENNSYLVANIA GOVERNING LAW
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Nothing in this Section is intended to limit any privacy rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived or displaced under laws applicable to a consumer based on the consumer's state of residence.
