Refund Policy

Welcome to InsiderRN. By purchasing a membership, subscription, course, digital content, downloadable materials, coaching session, webinar, or any other product or service offered by InsiderRN, LLC ("InsiderRN," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge and agree to the following Refund Policy.

Due to the digital nature of InsiderRN's educational content, training materials, videos, downloadable resources, proprietary information, and membership services, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Once access to any InsiderRN content, membership area, course, training module, downloadable resource, webinar, or digital product has been granted, no refunds, credits, exchanges, or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances except where required by applicable law.

InsiderRN memberships are billed on a recurring basis according to the subscription plan selected at the time of purchase.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize InsiderRN to automatically charge the payment method on file at each renewal period until canceled.

Membership fees.

Membership fees are non-refundable after payment has been processed.

Renewed membership fees are non-refundable after payment has been processed.

Cancellation of a subscription prevents future renewals only and does not entitle the member to a refund for any unused portion of the current subscription period.

All sales of digital products, including but not limited to:

• Educational guides
• PDFs
• Templates
• Checklists
• Interview preparation materials
• Downloadable resources
• Workbooks
• Training materials
• Recorded webinars

are final and non-refundable once purchased or accessed.

Access to InsiderRN educational content, videos, training modules, courses, coaching resources, and learning materials is granted immediately upon purchase or enrollment.

Because digital access is provided instantly and cannot be returned, no refunds will be issued based on:

• Dissatisfaction with content
• Change of career plans
• Change of employment status
• Failure to complete the program
• Lack of time to participate
• Failure to use purchased materials
• User expectations
• Perceived value of the content
• Technical requirements not met by the user

Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with their financial institution for valid charges made by InsiderRN.

If a customer initiates a chargeback after receiving access to InsiderRN content, InsiderRN reserves the right to:

• Immediately terminate access to all InsiderRN services and content
• Revoke membership privileges
• Suspend or permanently ban the user account
• Pursue collection of outstanding amounts owed
• Recover any fees, costs, or expenses incurred in responding to the chargeback
• Pursue any remedies available under applicable law

InsiderRN maintains records of user access, logins, purchases, downloads, and content usage, which may be used to dispute chargebacks.

InsiderRN may, at its sole discretion, review requests involving:

• Duplicate transactions
• Accidental multiple charges
• Technical billing errors caused by InsiderRN

Requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of the transaction date.

Approval of any refund related to a billing error is solely at the discretion of InsiderRN.

Members may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time through their account settings or by contacting InsiderRN support.

Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period.

No prorated refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be issued for unused membership time.

If InsiderRN terminates or suspends a user's account for violation of the Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to:

• Content sharing
• Unauthorized account access
• Distribution of proprietary materials
• Intellectual property violations
• Abuse of the platform
• Fraudulent activity

the user will not be entitled to any refund, credit, or reimbursement.

InsiderRN reserves the right, but not the obligation, to issue a refund, credit, or account adjustment in extraordinary circumstances. Any such decision shall be made solely at InsiderRN's discretion and shall not create a precedent or obligation to provide refunds in future situations.

By purchasing any InsiderRN product, service, membership, subscription, course, or digital resource, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood this Refund Policy.
• You understand that all sales are final.
• You understand that digital content cannot be returned.
• You agree not to seek refunds except as expressly permitted in this policy.
• You understand that cancellation prevents future billing only and does not entitle you to a refund for prior charges.

InsiderRN reserves the right to modify, amend, update, or replace this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes become effective immediately upon posting to the InsiderRN website.

It is the user's responsibility to review the Refund Policy periodically for updates. Continued use of InsiderRN services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
